-Size – The size of your handy assistant matters if you want fast access in your pocket or purse
-Compatibility – This is a big issue for those who upload or download from their regular computers. Not only should software be compatible but also the operating system.
Example: If your computer is a Mac system, and your electronic organizer is only compatible with Microsoft’s Operating system, you’ll only achieve minimal possible use. This isn’t an issue where the electronic organizer’s only use is for storing names, addresses and phone numbers and the organizer’s format is preset.
Once purchased, it helps as a reminder of birthdays, anniversaries, meetings and other events. Some even keep a terrific tracking of past gifts purchased and menus served for holidays. Tracking is a great tool when you consider the amount of “paper” memos, lists and notes it’s possible to amass for a single 6-month period of time. And, unlike, address books, adding or deleting information is not a problem. Nor, is there a situation where you run out of “room”.
