IPOD TOUCH the first thing we ordered defects. Apple is horrible to deal with. Their customer service dept, especially in foul store. Rather than continue to deal with them, we just return the iPod touch to the Amazon and they gave us a new one. As usual it is a pleasure to do business with Amazon and their suppliers.
