How do you get the new ipod apps. to run on your ipod?

I downloaded 3 and none of them made their appearance on the iPod. I synchronized, then turn off and turn it on and synchronized again 2 times, but appeared in the application ipod.Apakah ZIP. appeared on my iPhone home screen? How do I get for them on my iphone? Why not work? What should I do to make them work?

    you have to have version 2.0
    they show up on your home screen check other pages of the homescreen
