The Daily Herald reports : A college student from Plainfield has created an iPhone app to help find affordable parking in Chicago . Nick Capizzani, 23, has combined his knowledge of computers and his love of visiting Chicago into a tool he hopes will help iPhone users driving around the Windy City.
