The causes can be good and all but it took too long to receive. Thus, a star is in the Amazon. com. I bought some products from Amazon in the past without any problem until I bought a Defender Case Otter. I bought them online on January 9 and still no product on January 20. I called Amazon Customer Service and all they could tell me was it was posted on January 13 and may be made January 22. The nearly 2 weeks after I bought it! CS REP could explain the high-speed delivery of snail product, he could not apologize. Who can be accepted for items in stock. Otter Box I ordered from Amazon that comes with beautiful colors and pages of instructions 4. Article 3 says to remove the protective plastic from the inside of a clear screen. I tried to remove the layers for about 20 minutes without success, until I decided to take x-acto knife to peel back from the side within the yellow box where there is no visible scratches. I’m still no luck. I then tried a different angle – no luck. I then called Otter. It seems there is no coating and instructions that are included in the product to the previous version. I asked them if they would send me a new box because I wanted one where there are no signs (yes, I’ve done) try not to remove the mask. Nice people – he sent me a box baru.Saya then proceed to see how the assembly works. Again, I tried and tried, but my iPhone just would not fit in Otter.
