1) Toggl Usage: it assists you keep track and manage your time. It is like a stop watch help you to record the time for each task. If you switch between tasks, you can pause it and keep track of other task. After switching back, you can continue the time count. In addition, the tasks can be grouped into different categories/projects. For instance, we setup a category called entertainment. You recorded 2 hours for reading comics and 2 hours for watch movie. In the entertainment category, in total you have spent 4 hours for entertainment. Platform: ipad / android

2) Remember the milk Usage: it is a “cloud application” with a to-do-list function. A.K.A web-based app. This app can be synchronized to Google Calendar. It has a clear and nice interface and there are four default categories: Work, Personal, Inbox and Sent. You can send email to your specific mail box to add the task. In addition, you can delegate the task to team members and can trace that back by the “Sent” category. Platform: ipad/ android

3) Evernote Usage: You can capture any idea using the app regardless of that is in text, image or voice format. For instance, you should use that write a meeting minute and send to the meeting members afterwards. And when there is an idea pop up in mind when you’re on the street, you can take a picture of that and record your idea in voice format. In general, it is web-based knowledge management software. 4) GeoNote Usage: The most interesting thing about this app is that it is a note reminder based on location. It is a location based service. It reminds you to do things in specific area you marked down. For example, if you mark down you have to go to bank and buy stuff in area A, it will remind you when you are in area A. 5) Google Calendar Usage: it one of the good and free service of Google. It is an online event management service. We may create different calendars for different projects so we can keep track the project’s milestones. Furthermore, we can invite guest for the event as well as share with team members. It reminds you the important events and project milestones. Platform: ipad/android
